Sales & Production Coordinator
With over 8 years of customer service experience in the retail industry and 3 years of management experience at On The Run, Kloee brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Production Manager. Having been involved with the company since its inception in 2020, Kloee has played a key role in shaping the business's operations. As Production Manager, Kloee oversees the majority of the production process, ensuring the highest standards of quality control for all products. A meticulous focus on stock control, proofing, and job visualisation helps to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the client's specifications. With a strong commitment to maintaining efficient workflows, Kloee ensures that all tasks are completed within the set timeframes, contributing to the overall success of the business. Kloee’s strong background in customer service and management enables her to deliver exceptional results in production management, making her an integral part of the team.

Paul Blewitt
Director
Paul has over 34 years of experience working in the trophy and awards industry. He began his career at Canberra Trophy Centre in 1989 and remained there until its sale in 2000. Following this, he went on to establish Trophylink, a business based in Canberra, which he owned until 2010. He is proud of the strong foundations and processes he implemented during the early years of these businesses, which contributed to their ongoing success today. After his time in Canberra, Paul spent the next 10 years working for various companies to assist them in their growth and improvement. In 2020, The PW Collection was founded, and Paul hit the ground running, applying his passion, dedication, and energy into creating a successful business foundation. He is proud of the business's success so far, especially in implementing award programs for schools, corporate organizations, and sporting associations alike. Paul’s previous experience has equipped him with the industry expertise to help create a solid foundation for the success of the business. His roles also include overseeing and executing the design process, ensuring accuracy in all items, and delivering them to meet order specifications. He is responsible for overseeing quality control processes to ensure every item meets high standards of craftsmanship. Paul liaises with clients to troubleshoot any problems and find the best solutions to ensure positive outcomes.
Vanessa Vowles
Marketing Officer
Vanessa has over 25 years of experience working in marketing and high-level administrative roles. This has equipped her with a wide range of valuable skills that she utilizes in her current role with us. From 2009 to 2019, Vanessa was the owner and creator of Mylight, a small manufacturing business specializing in the design, manufacture, and delivery of custom name nightlights across Australia. Her expertise in implementing efficient administrative systems contributed to Mylight’s success and has been instrumental in helping us fine-tune our own administrative processes for maximum efficiency. Vanessa’s role focuses on the ongoing maintenance and improvement of administrative processes, as well as the continuous development of our website and social media platforms.
