Paul has over 34 years of experience working in the trophy and awards industry. He began his career at Canberra Trophy Centre in 1989 and remained there until its sale in 2000. Following this, he went on to establish Trophylink, a business based in Canberra, which he owned until 2010. He is proud of the strong foundations and processes he implemented during the early years of these businesses, which contributed to their ongoing success today. After his time in Canberra, Paul spent the next 10 years working for various companies to assist them in their growth and improvement. In 2020, The PW Collection was founded, and Paul hit the ground running, applying his passion, dedication, and energy into creating a successful business foundation. He is proud of the business's success so far, especially in implementing award programs for schools, corporate organizations, and sporting associations alike. Paul’s previous experience has equipped him with the industry expertise to help create a solid foundation for the success of the business. His roles also include overseeing and executing the design process, ensuring accuracy in all items, and delivering them to meet order specifications. He is responsible for overseeing quality control processes to ensure every item meets high standards of craftsmanship.
