The PW Collection supplies custom-designed awards, trophies, medals, plaques, badges, ribbons, promotional products and related items for schools, sporting clubs, businesses, and organisations across Australia.

Many of our products are custom-made or made to order.

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if misuse occurs.

 

3. Quotes and Orders
 

Quotes

• All quotes are valid for the period stated or, if not stated, for 14 days

• Quotes are indicative only and may change if specifications are altered
   

Orders

• Orders may be placed via website enquiry, email, phone, or in person

• An order is not confirmed until accepted by us in writing or payment is received
   

You are responsible for ensuring all order details, specifications, quantities, spelling, and artwork approvals are correct before confirmation.

 

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
 

Most products supplied by The PW Collection are custom-made.

Once an order is approved or production has commenced:

• Orders cannot be cancelled

• Changes may not be possible and may incur additional costs

• Refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind
   

This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law exemptions for custom goods.

 

5. Artwork, Proofs and Approvals
 

Where artwork or proofs are provided:

• You must review all proofs carefully before approval

• Approval confirms acceptance of layout, spelling, colours, sizes, and design

• We are not responsible for errors once approval has been given
   

Delays caused by late approvals may affect delivery timeframes.

 

6. Pricing and Payment
 

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise

• Prices may be subject to change without notice

• Payment terms will be advised at time of order
   

We reserve the right to withhold production or delivery until payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed.
 

7. Delivery and Timeframes
 

• Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided in good faith

• Timeframes may vary due to supplier delays, shipping issues, or factors beyond our control
   

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Third-party couriers

• Supplier or manufacturing delays

• Force majeure events
   

Delivery risk passes to the customer once goods are dispatched.

 

8. Inspection of Goods
 

You must inspect goods upon receipt.

If there is an issue:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear details and supporting evidence where required
   

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

 

9. Refunds, Returns and Consumer Guarantees
 

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

However:

• Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds for change of mind

• Refunds, replacements, or repairs are only available where goods are faulty, defective, or not as described
   

We reserve the right to assess claims and determine the appropriate remedy under ACL.

 

10. Intellectual Property
 

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, layouts, and branding, is owned by or licensed to The PW Collection.

You must not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Artwork supplied by customers remains their responsibility, and you warrant that you have the right to use any logos, images, or designs provided.

 

11. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

• Our liability is limited to the cost of supplying the relevant goods or services
   

We are not responsible for:

• Errors in customer-supplied information

• Incorrect approvals

• Loss or damage caused by misuse of products
  
   

12. Indemnity
 

You agree to indemnify The PW Collection against any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms

• Incorrect or unauthorised use of artwork or content supplied by you

• Misuse of products supplied
  
   

13. Third-Party Services
 

We may use third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, production, or delivery.

We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers beyond what is required by law.
